Our story
QuoPaid was born in 2026 from a simple frustration: every HVAC contractor we knew was losing 30-50% of their quoted revenue to forgotten follow-ups. Not because the work was bad. Not because the customers were bad. Just because there were too many quotes to track manually.
We built QuoPaid to be the system we wished we had: voice-to-quote on the job site, automatic follow-ups when we forgot, and clear visibility into recovered revenue.
